1. Who We Are

Credo Themes is a Shopify theme, service, and membership marketplace operated by Webframez Pvt. Ltd. Unlike a multi-vendor marketplace, every theme, service, and support offering on this platform is built and sold directly by us — there are no third-party authors, and no items resold on our behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Credo Themes, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. Information We Collect

Account & billing details — your name, email address, phone number, country, and (for Indian customers) GST/billing address, collected when you register or check out.

Order & license data — the themes, services, and membership plans you purchase, your license keys, and the store domain(s) your license is bound to. This is required so we can validate your license and deliver theme updates.

Payment data — we do not collect or store full card numbers on our own servers. Card details are captured directly by our payment processors, Stripe (international/USD) and Razorpay (India/INR). We only retain a tokenized reference used to process trial-end and renewal charges.

Usage & analytics data — pages visited, device/browser type, and general traffic patterns, collected via Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process orders and issue licenses; verify that a theme is running on the domain it was licensed for; send transactional emails (order confirmations, invoices, license keys, renewal and payment-failure notices); provide customer support; send optional product-update notifications you can opt out of; and improve the site based on aggregate usage trends.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language/currency preferences, and Google Analytics cookies to understand site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; essential cookies are required for checkout and account features to work correctly.

5. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Credo Themes: Stripe and Razorpay for payment processing, our transactional email provider for order/account emails, and GitHub for secure delivery of theme files to licensed customers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, order, and license data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion of your account data (subject to what we're legally required to retain for billing/tax records) by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

Credo Themes is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
