1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a theme, service, or membership, or otherwise using Credo Themes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. About Credo Themes

Credo Themes is operated by Webframez Pvt. Ltd. We design, build, and sell our own Shopify themes, design/development services, and membership plans directly — we are not a multi-vendor marketplace, and every item sold on this site is our own work. A membership gives you access to our theme library under one plan, without repurchasing each theme individually; one-time purchases (lifetime themes and services) are billed once with no recurring charge.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Billing, Memberships & Free Trials

Memberships and addons are recurring subscriptions billed automatically until cancelled. Indian customers are charged in INR (inclusive of 18% GST) via Razorpay; international customers are charged in USD via Stripe. Where offered, a 7-day free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends — see our Refund Policy for full billing and cancellation details.

5. License Grant

When you purchase a theme or hold an active membership, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that theme on the Shopify store domain(s) permitted by your plan. Themes are bound to the domain they're activated on and validated automatically; using a licensed theme on a domain outside your license, or removing/bypassing license validation, is a violation of these terms and may result in license suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All themes, code, designs, and content on Credo Themes remain the intellectual property of Webframez Pvt. Ltd. Your license grants you the right to use a theme on your own store — it does not transfer ownership, and you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or repackage any theme, service deliverable, or its source code as a standalone product.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not: share or publish your license key or downloaded theme files; attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with license/domain validation; use a single license across more stores than your plan allows; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in license suspension without refund.

8. Support & Updates

Active membership and license holders receive theme updates and priority support for as long as their membership or support entitlement remains active, as described on the relevant plan or product page.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Themes and services are provided "as is." While we test our products thoroughly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every Shopify configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webframez Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our themes or services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including license misuse or payment disputes/chargebacks. You may cancel your own membership at any time from your account dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Credo Themes after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
